Introduced in 2022, this signature program is a multi-pronged 6-month development program designed to fast-track women, regardless of the stage of their career, and particularly multicultural women, into senior operating roles that eventually lead to the C-Suite. The program leverages a simulation-centric design to increase retention and enhance talent development. We would like to thank CVS, Merck and Adecco for their support as pilot sponsors.
